One of the most important factors in ensuring the peace of the area is listening to citizens' concerns and resolving them on the spot based on face-to-face conversations. In the administration building, Colonel Sandjar Dzabarov, head of the DIA in Sirdarya region, received about 15 citizens who requested assistance. The most common appeals involved investigations, financial assistance, and discovering missing persons. The problems of four citizens were resolved on the spot, legal explanations were provided to six individuals, and the remaining appeals were reviewed thoroughly by the head of the department, who gave specific tasks to the heads of the official sector to address the issues under the law to ensure their implementation.
