A number of officials attended the event, including the Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Adkham Ikramov, the General Secretary of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, Oybek Kasimov, the Deputy Minister of Interior of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Bekmurod Abdullaev, who serves as the first deputy chairman of the Volleyball Federation of Uzbekistan.

A discussion was held regarding the issues of developing volleyball to the next level in our country, increasing its popularity, improving the skills of local specialists, organizing major international volleyball tournaments in Uzbekistan, and hosting a World Volleyball Championship for young people under the age of 19 (U-19).

At the friendly and constructive meeting, promising tasks relevant to the field and future development of international cooperation were discussed.

It is planned that as part of the program of the visit of the delegation of the International Volleyball Federation to our country, the world and Olympic champion Elizaveta Brach will conduct a masterclass at the "Jar" sports complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and participate in the Uzbekistan Higher League Championship final match as well.
