On September 22-25, the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Media Forum and the press tour of Azerbaijan mass media representatives on the topic "In Search of Truth in the Digital Age: Combating Disinformation" are planned.

This event included a visit to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent by members of the delegation, which consisted of representatives of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The delegation members got acquainted with the MDIA Information Multimedia Center activities of Tashkent city.

As part of their visit, the guests were introduced to the modern facilities created in the center, observed the activities of the Main Department's sectoral services, the media coverage of the employees' work processes, and created creative materials that were highly appreciated by the guests who were able to observe how the center's services were provided.

Furthermore, they were shown media products and videos prepared on the same day to convey comprehensive and reliable information to the public regarding the criminal situation and shape the image of the internal affairs agencies.

During the open and friendly meeting, guests expressed their appreciation of the reforms being implemented in our country and the current state of the internal affairs system.
