On August 7, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick, and officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs met at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the dialogue, the parties discussed issues related to the prospects of the development of bilateral cooperation between the internal affairs bodies of Uzbekistan and the US law enforcement agencies, including strengthening the legal basis of mutual cooperation, combating crime, ensuring public order and security, sharing experience, and improving the qualifications of personnel.

Following the friendly and constructive meeting, relevant tasks were outlined for the enhancement of cooperation between the law enforcement bodies of the two countries.
