On June 5, An official meeting of a delegation of field officials led by Nasser bin Abdul Aziz Al-Dawood, Deputy Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as Major General Davron Nazarmuhamedov, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of our country, took place in Tashkent during the 3rd meeting of the joint commission on security issues between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.

During the event, the parties discussed issues of combating transnational crimes, terrorism, extremism, illegal migration and cybercrime between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries. They also discussed exchange of experiences and development of bilateral ties between the internal affairs ministries.

Following the friendly and constructive meeting, a protocol was signed, defining future objectives and implementing the agreements reached during the event.

As part of the visit, the delegation of partners will receive an overview of the activities of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent and the processes of ensuring security measures within tourist facilities.
