Bakhtiyor Khaydarov, Head of the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement, visited the Bukhara region and reviewed the activities of major industrial enterprises, existing production capacities, and promising investment projects.
During the visit, special attention was paid to industrial diversification, expansion of production volumes, increasing the share of high value-added products, and strengthening industrial cooperation.
📍 As part of the visit, 8 industrial facilities were thoroughly reviewed.
At “BUXARA REAL MOTO” LLC, the production of tricycles and quad bikes has been established. In 2026, it is planned to produce 2,500 units worth 60 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 2,600 units worth 65 billion UZS.
“PETROCHEM BUKHARA” LLC produces fuel products including gas oil, motor oils, gasoline, and diesel fuel. In 2026, production is expected to reach 1,100 tons worth 12 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 1,500 tons worth 13 billion UZS.
“SULPHOTECH” LLC produces complex mineral fertilizers based on nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. In 2026, output is planned at 73,000 tons worth 18 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 75,000 tons worth 20 billion UZS.
“TEKHNOCHEM” JV LLC is implementing a project for the production of benzene fraction and aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures. In 2026, production is expected at 15,579 tons worth 194 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 31,033 tons worth 387 billion UZS.
“XIANGYANG GROUP” FE LLC produces industrial paper, corrugated paper, and corrugated cardboard. In 2026, production is planned at 10,400 tons worth 100 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 11,500 tons worth 110 billion UZS.
“KOGON MARS PLYUS” LLC manufactures spare parts for the oil and gas industry. In 2026, output is expected at 1,100 tons worth 19 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 1,200 tons worth 21 billion UZS.
“SILK ROAD INNOVATION GROUP” LLC is implementing a project to produce innovative waterproofing materials. In 2026, production is planned at 150,000 sq. m worth 11 billion UZS, and in 2027 — 165,000 sq. m worth 12 billion UZS.
The “Bukhara Industrial Development Complex” special industrial park serves as an important infrastructure platform for developing industrial cooperation, placing new investment projects, and forming value-added chains.
✔️ Following the visit, specific tasks were set to further increase production volumes, expand product range, develop value chains, and increase the share of export-oriented and competitive products.
