Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement Agency

A working meeting was held at Uzbekexpertiza under the leadership of Baxtiyor Haydarov, Director of the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement. The meeting was attended by the organization’s management, central office staff, as well as heads of regional subsidiaries and branches.

 During the meeting, detailed information on the company’s current activities, key performance indicators, and the implementation of priority tasks was presented. Participants also thoroughly discussed issues related to improving operational efficiency, enhancing management processes, and making more effective use of available resources.

➡️ Particular attention was paid to the following priority areas:

✍️ further improvement of service quality;
✍️ modernization of certification and expertise systems in line with current requirements;
✍️ expansion of cooperation with government bodies and business entities;
✍️ acceleration of digitalization processes and introduction of advanced technologies;
✍️ active support for the participation of local producers in public procurement and industrial cooperation chains.

✔️ Following the meeting, the Agency Director outlined specific tasks and issued relevant instructions aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening quality control systems, as well as fostering industrial cooperation and supporting local manufacturers.
