Illegal logging of blue willow trees detected in Kukdala district

The State Environmental Control Inspection of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, together with the General Prosecutor's Office, has conducted another regulatory inspection raids.
During the raid, it was established that citizen O.N. had illegally cut down 103 blue willow trees on a plot of land in the Shurkuduk mahalla of the Kukdala district.
As a result of this incident, the damage caused to nature amounts to 763 million 125 thousand sums.
The collected materials on the case were sent to the district prosecutor's office. A criminal case was initiated under Article 198, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (Damage or destruction of crops, forests, trees or other plantations).
