Violators illegally extracting sand and gravel mixtures will pay large compensation

During the raid on the territory of the village "Tomdibuloq" of the district, the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel by citizens A.S., S.A., F.K., F.Yu., U.Yu. and J.O. with the help of trucks controlled by them without any permission was established.
According to this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the violators under part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 120 BCV – 45 million was imposed. Also, the estimated damage to nature as a result of illegal extraction of sand and gravel amounted to 83 million 700 thousand sums. In total, the violators will pay 128 million 700 thousand sums for their actions.
In addition, the violators' trucks were temporarily placed in a parking lot.
