During the study, the fact of illegal hunting and killing of one male and two female Bukhara deer with a hunting rifle was established. During the inspection of the scene on the territory of the reserve, 2 plastic fragments of cartridges, blood-red spots, and a hunting rifle were found, which was seized as evidence.

As a result of the death of Bukhara deer listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the animal world suffered material damage in the amount of 3 billion 375 million sums.

On suspicion of committing a crime under part 3 of Article 202 of the Criminal Code, a citizen, M.K. has been detained. Currently, the investigative unit of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Berunin district has opened a criminal case, investigative work is underway.
