State inspectors of the Khankin District Department of the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Khorezm region conducted another control raid event.
During the raid, the fact of cutting down 4 Paulownia trees by citizen T.B. was established. As a result, damage in the amount of 10 million 880 thousand sums was caused to nature.
On this fact, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against a citizen by Part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The violator was fined 50 BCV—17 million sums.
For information: regular raid measures are carried out throughout the republic to combat damage to nature. Illegal pruning of plants is also strictly prohibited. In the case of the commission of such offenses, liability is threatened by the procedure established by law.
