For cutting down a tree, a violator will pay 17 million 340 thousand sums and plant 100 tree seedlings

Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the city of Tashkent received an appeal regarding damage to a tree on the territory of the Sergeli-7 of the Sergeli district.
Upon arrival at the place of appeal, the fact of a citizen of Yu.U. felling a tree on the mahalla "Madadkor" territory was established. As a result, nature suffered damage in 8 million 840 thousand sums.
A protocol was drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Article 79 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a fine of 25 BCV – 8 million 500 thousand sums was imposed. The violator will have to pay a total of 17,340,000 sums.
Also, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 464, Yu.U. is obliged to plant 100 tree seedlings as compensation for the felled tree.
