As a result, it was established that the incident occurred in late October – early November 2023 in the mahalla "Obodon" of the Shurchin district of the Surkhandarya region with the participation of a citizen Sh. X. As a result of the incident, nature suffered damage in the amount of 1 billion 60 thousand sums.

The investigation found animal bones at the scene and sent them to the relevant organizations for scientific research to reach a conclusion. After receiving the conclusion, the documents will be sent to the prosecutor's office for action.
