As is known, when burning plant residues, substances harmful to human health such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur oxide are released into the atmospheric air. In addition, burning plant residues causes serious damage to nature, soil fertility, and the economy.
In such areas, soil fertility is sharply reduced due to the destruction of the soil structure and the loss of macro- and microelements due to high temperatures caused by fire.
Therefore, we kindly ask all heads of farms and residents of the country to collect plant residues in fields empty of grain and exclude cases of their burning.
We remind you!
Responsibility for burning plant residues is threatened with an administrative fine of up to 10 BCV (3.4 million sums) by Part 3 of Article 88 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, for each hectare of land affected by the burning of plants, the damage caused will be calculated separately.
We urge everyone to take an organized approach to harvesting plant residues in grain-free fields and prevent cases of their burning! After all, preventing environmental pollution is everyone's civic duty!
