During the raid in the mahalla "Mangit" of the Karshi district, it was found that a citizen O.B. grazed 50 heads of small cattle in the territory with tree seedlings planted as part of the national project "Yashil Makon". As a result, the saplings of the trees were damaged.
In this situation, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Article 79 of the Administrative Code. O.B. was fined 50 BCV—17 million sums.
