On the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment
REGULATION
Chapter 1. General Provisions
1. This Regulation defines the status, main tasks, functions, rights, and responsibilities of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment (hereinafter referred to as the "Department"), the procedure for organizing its activities, as well as the rights, functional duties, and responsibilities of its leadership.
2. In its activities, the Department is subordinate to the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry") and, as appropriate, to the regional Hokimiyat (regional administration).
3. In its activities, the Department adheres to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions, and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as orders and resolutions of the Kashkadarya regional Hokimiyat, this Regulation, and other regulatory legal acts. 4. The Directorate is a legal entity and possesses a seal and letterheads bearing the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its name in the state language, as well as an independent balance sheet, personal treasury accounts, and bank accounts.
It provides organizational and information-analytical support for the Directorate’s activities and manages its operations;
