Bukhara regional administration

Today, a report meeting on the results of the command and staff training exercise was held in the regional administration with the participation of the governing bodies and the services of the FVDT.

In it, the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.Kushoshev, governor of the region-head of Civil Defense B.Zaripov, sector leaders attended. 

At the meeting in a critical spirit, the minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. on the results of the command and staff training exercise.Guldoshev's lecture was listened to. 

It was noted that on August 10-11, 2023, in accordance with the instructions given to carry out command and staff training exercises within the framework of the visit of the president to Bukhara region, for the first time to ensure the stable operation of energy, communal, social sphere facilities located on the territory of Bukhara region in the autumn-winter season, the actions of partner organizations in the Prevention of emergencies and large accidents that can occur in the continuous supply of energy resources to the population and sectors of the economy, and in the elimination of such situations with low casualties, were studied and evaluated. This experience was introduced to all regions of the Republic. 

On 21-22 days in the direction of electricity supply of the region – electricity production (solar and wind power plants) and transmission (National Power Networks), Distribution to the consumer (regional power networks), in the direction of gas supply – gas production, processing, and distribution to consumers (hududgazta'minoti), in the direction of heat supply – production (Heat centers), heat delivery and distribution (home ownership company), in the direction of drinking water supply – Command and staff training exercises were conducted at production (treatment facilities), drinking water delivery and Distribution (Water Supply Service), coal supply route – delivery, storage (warehouses), distribution (warehouses, neighborhoods) facilities. 

According to the results of The conducted Command and staff training exercise, it was noted that the FVDT, their responsible employees should be studied to know their service duties, formalize and distribute it, carry out inspection of gas, electrical equipment of citizens, walking door to door in apartment buildings, apartments, take measures to solve their failures by redlisting them. 

At the meeting, tasks were set for practical activities carried out during the command and staff training sessions, as well as to eliminate the shortcomings allowed in special-tactical training exercises.
