During the reception, citizens’ appeals concerning housing, land relations, employment, social issues, and other matters were heard.

Reports from responsible organizations and officials were reviewed, and specific tasks were identified for each issue. Relevant officials were instructed to conduct on-site reviews of certain appeals and take measures to resolve the identified problems in accordance with legal requirements.

Responsible officials were also tasked with ensuring the timely and proper implementation of the decisions and instructions arising from citizens’ appeals.

The implementation of the appeals was placed under the control of the district administration.
