OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE’S DEPUTIES OF BALYKCHI DISTRICT

### On the allocation of funds generated from the overfulfillment of the revenue plan of the local budget of Balykchi District for the first quarter of 2026, the allocation of optimized funds formed due to vacant staff positions under Groups I, II and IV expenditures of budgetary institutions and organizations financed from the district local budget to Group IV expenditures in 2026, as well as amendments introduced to the approved budget parameters for Groups I, II and IV expenditures during the first quarter of 2026

In accordance with Articles 27 and 148 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Articles 6 and 24 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Local State Authority”, and based on the powers of the Council of People’s Deputies regarding the execution of the local budget, the Council of People’s Deputies of Balykchi District

## DECIDES:

1. To approve for information and execution the letter No. 32 dated March 31, 2026, submitted by the Department of Economy and Finance of Balykchi District.

2. To take into consideration that the amount of funds generated from the overfulfillment of the revenue plan of the local budget of Balykchi District for the first quarter of 2026 amounted to 2 billion 844 million (two billion eight hundred forty-four million) soums.

3. To approve the proposal on the targeted and purposeful use of funds generated from the overfulfillment of the revenue plan of the district local budget for the first quarter of 2026.

4. In accordance with Article 126 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to allocate funds from the overfulfilled revenue part of the district local budget for the first quarter of 2026 in accordance with Appendix 1.

5. To approve, in accordance with Appendix 2:

* the allocation of optimized funds expected to be saved due to vacant staff positions under Groups I, II and IV expenditures of budgetary institutions and organizations financed from the district local budget to Group IV expenditures in 2026;
* amendments introduced to the expenditure plans of Groups I, II and IV during the first quarter of 2026.

6. The Deputy Head of the District Department of Economy and Finance (M. Rakhmonov) shall introduce relevant amendments to the approved parameters of the district local budget in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2026” and the requirements of the Budget Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Responsibility for ensuring the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the First Deputy Hokim of the district – Head of the District Department of Economy and Finance (U. Abduvaliyev).

8. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Standing Commission of the Council of People’s Deputies of Balykchi District on local budget formation and execution, implementation of economic reforms, and development of entrepreneurship (Z. Gofforov).

9. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
