Andijan City Mayor E. Karimov held a regular reception for citizens at the People’s Reception Office. During the meeting, residents raised issues related to housing, employment, support for entrepreneurship, improvement of public utility services, infrastructure development, and various social concerns. Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials and organizations regarding each appeal, and specific deadlines were set for their resolution. Some issues were resolved on the spot, while matters requiring additional review were placed under special supervision. The open dialogue focused on protecting the legitimate interests of citizens, ensuring timely solutions to existing problems, and improving the overall quality of life of the population. The Andijan City Administration will continue its systematic efforts to address citizens’ appeals and implement effective measures for resolving their concerns.
