Illegal use of the “ZA’FARON” brand has been stopped!

✅In recent years, the “ZA’FARON” brand owned by BMB HOLDING LLC has become a well-known trademark for all of us. This brand is expanding its customer base both nationally and internationally. Of course, all this is the result of the continuous efforts of the brand owners, which requires significant financial and other resources.
✅However, some so-called “entrepreneurs,” seeking to get rich quickly, attempt to illegally use brands created over many years through the hard work of others.
✅In particular, the Ministry considered the complaint that the rights of BMB HOLDING LLC to the well-known “ZA’FARON” combined trademark were being violated by “M.M.” PE.
✅As a result of the inspection, it was revealed that “M.M.” PE used a sign similar to the “ZA’FARON” combined trademark on its store signboard, misleading customers into thinking that goods under the “ZA’FARON” brand were being sold there.
✅Regarding this case, the Ministry warned “M.M.” PE that if the rights of the brand owner are violated, liability measures established by law will be applied.
