✅Despite the inspections and enforcement measures carried out by the justice authorities to effectively protect intellectual property rights and enhance the reputation of national brands, cases of unauthorized use of others’ brands still occur frequently.
✅In particular, the Ministry reviewed a complaint from “Fatih Kral Mob” LLC regarding the violation of its rights to the well-known trademark “ХАНСКИЙ” by “R. B.” Private Enterprise.
✅The inspection revealed that “R. B.” PE had been producing cheese products under a mark similar to “ХАНСКИЙ”, namely “ХАҚОНИЙ”.
✅As a result, the Ministry imposed a fine of 100 BRV (41 million UZS) on “R. B.” Private Enterprise.
