Minister of Justice Akbar Tashkulov visited the “Digital Center” established at the Public Services Center in Olmazor District and reviewed its activities.
The project aims to develop citizens’ digital skills, foster a culture of independent use of digital platforms, and make the process of obtaining public services more convenient.
At the “Digital Center,” citizens can not only access public services online but also receive assistance from professional mentors in using digital platforms related to taxation, customs, employment, education, banking and credit, and other fields.
Figures and Results:
📌 The Public Services Center in Olmazor District provided 115,320 public services in 2025 and 87,966 services during the first nine months of 2026.
📌 In August and September of the current year, more than 2,000 citizens received assistance in accessing services through the myGov mobile application.
📌 The center provides a total of 630 types of public services. More than 350 of these fall into the “easy” and “medium” categories, and from now on, they will be provided exclusively through the “Digital Center.”
📖 An important feature of the project is that once citizens acquire the skills needed to use digital services, they will be able to access these services independently in the future. This will help reduce the workload of Public Services Centers, save time and costs, and improve the efficiency of public service delivery.
The development of “Digital Centers” is intended to improve the population’s digital literacy, expand opportunities for independently accessing public services, and ensure the efficient use of human resources in this field.
