On-site assessment of enterprises undergoing insolvency proceedings makes it possible to identify measures needed to restore their operations, ensure the effective use of existing assets, identify new opportunities, preserve jobs and protect creditors’ interests.
In Bukhara, the condition of enterprises undergoing insolvency proceedings was assessed on site
✅ Representatives of the Agency for Insolvency Affairs conducted on-site assessments of 5 enterprises undergoing insolvency proceedings in Kagan, Karakul Bazaar, Jondor and Karakul districts of Bukhara Region.
🔹 The assessment covered the composition, preservation and use of the enterprises’ assets, as well as the processes of asset valuation, leasing and putting assets up for sale. The duration of insolvency proceedings and the reasons for their delay were also analyzed.
📌 Particular attention was paid to opportunities to restore the enterprises’ operations and achieve financial rehabilitation, preserve existing jobs, and protect creditors’ interests.
🔎 Based on the results of the assessment, relevant measures will be identified to rehabilitate the enterprises and address the existing problems.
