Key areas of activity and future priorities discussed at the Andijan Regional Department of Justice

✅ Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Tashkulov reviewed a presentation on the work carried out by justice authorities in priority areas, as well as the expected results and tasks for the future.
In particular, the presentation analyzed the work carried out to ensure reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, safeguard the legitimate interests of citizens, consider their appeals, and address identified violations of rights.
The results of work on coordinating and overseeing the activities of legal services were also reviewed, including the role of legal services in state bodies and organizations in ensuring legality, as well as efforts to improve the quality of legal expertise and legal opinions.
Work on legal awareness and improving the legal literacy of the population was also discussed. In particular, the presentation covered the results achieved in providing legal information to different segments of the population, effectively using modern media and digital platforms, and ensuring the targeted nature of legal awareness activities.
Information was also provided on efforts to develop a unified methodological approach to law enforcement practice, ensure the consistent and proper application of legislation across regions, systematically analyze identified problems, and introduce unified approaches into practice.
Another important part of the presentation focused on the protection of intellectual property rights. The work carried out to provide legal protection for intellectual property, safeguard the interests of authors and rights holders, promote a culture of lawful use of intellectual property, and prevent infringements in this area was reviewed.
✅ During the presentation, alongside the results achieved in each area, future priorities were identified to further improve the effectiveness of activities, introduce modern approaches, make broader use of digital opportunities, and improve the quality of legal services provided to the population.
