Financial recovery processes of enterprises recognized as insolvent reviewed in Andijan

✅ During the working visit of N. Mukhammadiev, Deputy Minister of Justice and Director of the Agency for Insolvency Affairs, to Andijan Region, the ongoing efforts to financially rehabilitate enterprises recognized as insolvent were reviewed.
In particular, the activities of EMERY PHARMA LLC in Andijan District, GSR BUILDING MATERIALS LLC in Khojaabad District, as well as other enterprises recognized as insolvent, were examined in detail.
The review focused on the financial condition of the enterprises, measures to reduce and eliminate existing debts, restore production activities, and restore their solvency.
Relevant tasks and recommendations were assigned to responsible officials to financially rehabilitate the enterprises, address identified challenges, and resume their operations.
📌 Particular attention was paid to the economic rehabilitation of insolvent enterprises, preservation of existing jobs, and protection of creditors’ interests.
