⌛️ As part of his working visit to Andijan Region, Minister of Justice Akbar Tashkulov familiarized himself with the conditions created for employees and citizens at the new building of the Shahrihan District Justice Department.
✅ The activities of the Public Services Centre, Legal Services Centre and Civil Registry Office were also reviewed.
In particular, discussions focused on the provision of public services to citizens, the quality of legal services provided to the population, working conditions for employees, and the effectiveness of handling citizens’ appeals.
🔖 Relevant tasks were identified to further improve the accessibility and quality of services provided to the population and enhance the processes of serving citizens.
📌 Modern and comfortable conditions have been created for citizens in the new building.
🔹 These include:
➖ obtaining electronic queue tickets through an infokiosk;
➖ obtaining information on queues and the relevant specialist through monitors in the waiting area;
➖ a children’s playground;
➖ a mother and child room;
➖ a medical room;
➖ a café;
➖ a bookshelf.
🏢 The commencement of operations of the Justice Department in a new and modern building will, first and foremost, create the necessary conditions for providing citizens with more accessible, prompt and high-quality public and legal services.
