✔️ Today, 22 September, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akbar Tashkulov received a delegation led by Deputy Minister of Justice of Türkiye Burak Ceyhan.

📌 The meeting focused on further developing legal cooperation between the two countries, including mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), advocacy, state-funded legal aid, and professional development of legal personnel, as well as the exchange of experience in these areas.

❗️ The Turkish delegation also recognized the ongoing efforts in Uzbekistan to develop the institution of mediation, digitalize the ADR system, and introduce advanced international practices in this field.

The parties agreed to expand cooperation by establishing regular expert dialogue between specialists from the two countries, as well as organizing joint seminars, training programmes and exchanges of experience.

🇺🇿 The goal is to further expand legal cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, develop mediation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and introduce advanced international practices into the legal system.
