Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan

By the relevant order of the Minister of Justice, Mirsaid Azamatovich Rakhmatov has been appointed Head of the Department for Executive Control and Handling of Appeals at the Ministry of Justice.

Mirsaid Rakhmatov was born in 1990 in G‘allaorol District, Jizzakh Region. He holds a higher education degree in law and the rank of 3rd-class Justice Adviser. In 2013, he graduated from Samarkand State University, and in 2015, he completed his Master’s degree at Tashkent State University of Law.

Professional experience:
➖ 2015–2017 — Category I Inspector at the Department for Oversight of Contractual and Legal Work, Ministry of Justice;
➖ 2017 — Senior Adviser at the Department for Oversight of Contractual and Legal Work, Ministry of Justice;
➖ 2017–2021 — Lead Adviser at the Human Resources Department, Ministry of Justice;
➖ 2021–2022 — Head of Division at the Human Resources Department, Ministry of Justice;
➖ 2022–2025 — Head of Division at the Human Resources Department, Ministry of Justice;
➖ 2025–2026 — Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department – Head of Division, Ministry of Justice;
➖ Since 2026 — Acting Head of the Department for Executive Control and Handling of Appeals, Ministry of Justice.

For reference, in May this year, as part of the “Quality Public Administration” programme implemented in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, M. Rakhmatov was named the Best Human Resources Specialist and won the respective award.
