Knowledge, Potential and Initiative: Winners of “Adliya Ayoli – 2026” Announced

The knowledge, professional skills and innovative ideas of women working across the justice system have once again received well-deserved recognition.
The national stage of the “Adliya Ayoli” competition, held at the Ministry of Justice, brought together 20 employees from justice bodies and institutions to compete for the top honors.
The main purpose of the competition is to create opportunities for women to realize their abilities and potential, as well as to support and encourage their professional development.
Participants went beyond introducing themselves: they proposed legal solutions to challenges encountered in everyday life and presented new initiatives aimed at improving legislation.
According to the results:
1st place — Mahbuba Sayfullaeva (Tashkent State University of Law)
2nd place — Go‘zal Qodirova (Tashkent Region)
3rd place — Gulzoda Mamatqulova (Jizzakh Region)
“Adliya Ayoli” is more than just a competition. It is another opportunity to support knowledgeable, proactive and professional women in the justice system and help them realize their full potential.
