Minister of Justice in Khorezm: Focus on the Quality of Public Services and Convenience for Citizens

Minister of Justice Akbar Tashkulov reviewed the activities of the justice departments of Khiva city, Khiva district, and Khanka district in the Khorezm region.
The review covered the quality of legal and public services provided to the population by Public Services Centers, civil registry offices, Legal Service Centers, and notaries, as well as the conditions created for citizens and service delivery processes.
Particular attention was paid to:
— providing citizens with free legal aid funded by the state;
— digitalizing public services and increasing the share of online services;
— expanding self-service opportunities for citizens;
— making electronic platforms simpler and more user-friendly for the public.
The Minister also reviewed the practical use of the “Unified Electronic Register of Burial Records” system.
Proposals and views of justice officials were heard, and relevant instructions were given to responsible officials to improve citizens’ skills in using the my.gov.uz portal, enhance the quality of services, and accelerate digital transformation.
The main goal is to provide citizens with convenient, efficient, and modern public services.
