As you are aware, the leadership of the Ministry of Justice pays particular attention to organizing personal receptions as an effective way to identify and address citizens’ concerns.

In particular, on August 14 of this year, the Minister of Justice held a reception at the Ministry, during which appeals from 10 individuals and representatives of legal entities were heard. The appeals concerned notarial services, labor legislation, public services, non-governmental non-profit organizations, entrepreneurship, cadastral matters, housing, and other issues.

During the reception, 6 appeals were addressed with explanations provided on the spot, while the remaining appeals were accepted for further consideration. The responsible officials were given relevant instructions to resolve these matters in accordance with the law.

With regard to issues falling outside the competence of the Ministry, citizens were provided with appropriate legal explanations.
