Insolvency-Related Issues Reviewed On-Site in Khorezm

A field reception was held in the Khorezm region with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Justice Maxmud Istamov, focusing on challenges arising in the field of insolvency and possible solutions.
The reception brought together more than 20 representatives of business entities and insolvency practitioners, who raised issues they face in practice and put forward proposals for improving the legislation.
In particular, the discussions covered practical challenges in the field of insolvency, integration of information systems of government bodies, restrictions related to the disposal of property, as well as issues involving banks and enforcement authorities.
Each appeal was reviewed with the participation of responsible officials, and appropriate measures were identified to address the issues raised and eliminate systemic problems.
As a result of the field reception:
3 appeals were resolved on the spot;
legal explanations were provided regarding 7 appeals;
14 appeals were accepted for further review.
The field reception provided an opportunity to directly hear the concerns of entrepreneurs and insolvency practitioners, find practical solutions to their issues, and contribute to addressing systemic challenges in the field of insolvency.
