As you may know, the leadership of the Ministry of Justice pays particular attention to organizing personal receptions as an effective way to identify and address citizens’ concerns.

In particular, on August 7 of this year, the Minister of Justice held a reception at the Ministry, during which appeals from 30 individuals and representatives of legal entities, including 4 participants who joined online, were heard. The appeals concerned notarial services, labor legislation, public services, non-governmental non-profit organizations, entrepreneurship, cadastral issues, housing, and other matters.

During the reception, explanations were provided on the spot regarding 5 appeals. The remaining appeals were accepted for further consideration, and the responsible officials were given appropriate instructions to resolve them in accordance with the law.

Citizens were also provided with legal explanations regarding matters falling outside the competence of the Ministry.
