A New Phase of Cooperation with Korea on the Development of Uzbekistan’s Legal Information System Discussed

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice to review the outcomes of activities implemented under the Republic of Korea’s KSP 2025/26 project aimed at improving Uzbekistan’s legal information system.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Adolat National Legal Information Center, and the Korean delegation.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the results achieved under the project and were presented with the Information Strategy Plan (ISP) and its implementation roadmap. The strategy focuses on further developing the legal information system, introducing artificial intelligence technologies, improving the electronic legislative infrastructure, and modernizing the Lex.uz platform.
The participants also exchanged views on the project outcomes, future priorities, and new areas of cooperation, while sharing their proposals.
It was emphasized that the project will contribute to the development of a modern legal information system in Uzbekistan, expand access to legal information for citizens and businesses, and further strengthen the country’s digital legal infrastructure.
