Electronic powers of attorney are now available for legal entities

At the initiative of the Ministry of Justice, a new motor vehicle module for legal entities has been launched on the vakolat.adliya.uz platform.
From now on, legal entities can issue electronic powers of attorney through the vakolat.adliya.uz and new.birdarcha.uz information systems to authorize the operation of vehicles they own or use under lease agreements.
The vakolat.adliya.uz platform has been integrated with the information systems of the Road Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As a result, electronically issued powers of attorney are displayed in real time on the tablets used by traffic patrol inspectors. This enables prompt verification of powers of attorney, reduces unnecessary paperwork, and provides more convenient services for citizens and business entities.
