As is well known, the leadership of the Ministry of Justice pays special attention to organizing personal receptions as an effective mechanism for studying and addressing citizens' concerns.

In particular, on 3 July of the current year, the Minister of Justice held a reception at the Ministry building for 18 applicants (4 of them participated online). During the reception, appeals from individuals and representatives of legal entities concerning notarial services, labour legislation, public services, non-governmental non-profit organizations, entrepreneurship, and cadastre matters were reviewed.

During the reception, 2 appeals were resolved on the spot, while 16 appeals were accepted for further consideration and execution. Relevant instructions were issued to the responsible officials to ensure that these matters are resolved in accordance with the law.

Citizens whose issues did not fall within the Ministry's competence were provided with the necessary legal explanations.
