Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Ministry of Justice was among the first government bodies in Uzbekistan to obtain the international “ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System” certification.

In organizations certified under the requirements of this standard, compliance of the quality management system with international requirements is assessed annually. For this purpose, on May 21–22 of this year, another surveillance audit was conducted at the Ministry of Justice by auditors of the international organization “CERT International”.

During the audit, the implementation of quality management system requirements within the Ministry, the effectiveness of internal processes, and the measures taken to ensure service quality were evaluated, and full compliance with the requirements of the international standard was confirmed.

This result demonstrates that an effective quality management system has been established at the Ministry of Justice, that management processes are organized in accordance with international standards, and that the ongoing efforts to continuously improve the quality of services provided to the public have received international recognition.

The Ministry of Justice will continue its systematic efforts to improve operational efficiency, further enhance service quality, and ensure compliance with international standards.
