Advanced experiences in legal digitalization and artificial intelligence were studied in Korea

Within the framework of the Republic of Korea’s KSP (Knowledge Sharing Program) for 2025/2026, an official visit of the Uzbekistan delegation to the Republic of Korea took place on May 17–23 this year.
During the program, presentations were held on Korea’s legislative system, the practice of using digital technologies in drafting and amending normative legal documents, modern mechanisms for delivering legal information to the public, and advanced experiences in this field.
As part of the visit, delegation members held meetings with representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Government Legislation, the Korea Legal Information Center, and IT companies developing software products in the legal field.
Within the framework of the program, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of legal information use and dissemination was signed between the “Adolat” National Legal Information Center under the Ministry of Justice and the Korea Legal Information Center.
The parties also discussed issues related to digitalization of the legal sector, implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, and prospective joint projects.
Korean experts particularly emphasized that these meetings were mutually beneficial and would contribute to the effective use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence opportunities in the legal field in the future.
