According to the results of the competition held within the framework of the “Quality Public Administration” program, the Ministry of Justice was recognized as the winner in the nomination for the most exemplary ministry in implementing the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy.
In a short period of time, the Ministry has transformed into a modern, open, and digital justice institution. Today, it provides 380 fully digitalized services through 30 platforms. More than 780 services are available online. A network of 208 Public Service Centers ensures a unified standard across the country.
The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology was recognized as the most exemplary ministry in resource management.
The ministry has become a vivid example of responsible, transparent, and cost-effective management. Every allocated sum was directed toward exploring new deposits and developing the sector. Water consumption in geological exploration activities was reduced by 20 percent. Budget plans have been prepared in advance through 2028. The localization level of key mining equipment has reached 84 percent.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs was recognized as the most exemplary ministry for its achievements in public service delivery.
Currently, the ministry provides nearly 60 types of services, with 95 percent of them offered in fully digital form. Seventy-two previously fragmented databases have been integrated into the unified “Safe City” system, connecting 14 control centers and more than 20 ministries. Last year, over 148,000 administrative cases were reviewed remotely, preventing citizens from having to move from one office to another. The ministry demonstrates in practice that modern public services should be measured by the convenience they create for people.
