Currently, members of the “Adolat” National Legal Information Center, as part of the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are in Seoul, Republic of Korea, within the framework of the 2025–2026 Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP). The purpose of the visit is to study Korea’s experience in the wide implementation of modern systems and artificial intelligence technologies in the dissemination of legal information.
As part of the official visit, meetings are planned with representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Government Legislation, the Korea Legal Information Center, as well as IT companies developing software products in these fields.
On the first day of the program, presentations were delivered on Korea’s legislative system, the use of digital technologies in drafting and amending normative legal acts, modern mechanisms for delivering legal information to the public, and advanced practices in this area.
In addition, discussions are being held with experts from the Korea Legislation Research Institute on the role of scientific and analytical institutions in the lawmaking process, as well as on the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in legislative activities.
The main purpose of this official visit is to further strengthen cooperation between the parties, exchange experience in digital management of legal information, application of artificial intelligence technologies in the legal sphere, and modernization of lawmaking processes.
