In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PD–154 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the level of openness of state bodies and organizations is assessed based on the “Openness Index”.

📊 The results of the latest evaluation conducted at the end of 2025 once again confirmed that a high level of openness, transparency, and public accountability has been established in the activities of the Ministry of Justice.

🔝 According to the final results, the Ministry of Justice has taken a достойное place among the leading state bodies, recording the highest performance indicators.

This result is a practical reflection of the consistent reforms being carried out within the ministry system aimed at:
forming an open and reliable information environment,
establishing continuous and systematic dialogue with the public,
ensuring transparency in the provision of public services and operational processes,
enhancing openness through digital technologies.

📈 It should be noted that as a result of reforms aimed at ensuring openness in our country, the number of organizations achieving high results is increasing. This indicates the strengthening of openness and accountability in public administration.

🤝 The Ministry of Justice will continue to consistently strengthen the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability, and expand open dialogue with citizens.
