In Fergana, the number of citizens whose rights have been recognized has reached 9,155

By a decision of the Fergana Regional Council of People’s Deputies, the lease rights to unlawfully occupied land plots of an additional 2,875 citizens, as well as ownership rights to the buildings and structures constructed on them, have been recognized.
As a result of the implementation of the law, real estate objects of citizens and entrepreneurs acquire legal status, and inheritance and other property disputes are being resolved in accordance with the law.
Most importantly, this process ensures legal guarantees of the inviolability of property and strengthens citizens’ trust in the state’s protection of their rights.
