Awareness efforts on introducing cashless settlements continue

🔰 A meeting was held by S. Nuriyev, Head of the Kashkadarya Regional Justice Department, with notaries operating in Shakhrisabz city and Shakhrisabz and Kitob districts.
🔰 During the meeting, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the work being carried out to implement Presidential Decree No. PF-246 of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In particular, the procedure for conducting cashless settlements in real estate and vehicle transactions through electronic data exchange between notaries and banks was discussed.
💬 Additionally, relevant recommendations were provided to notaries on fully and effectively implementing this system in practice, creating more convenient conditions for citizens, and strengthening legal awareness efforts among the population.
