📊 It was noted that in recent years, the practice of resolving disputes through mediation has expanded across the country, with thousands of disputes being resolved at the pre-trial stage. This serves to reduce the workload of courts and create a favorable and transparent environment for investors.
💬 The parties exchanged views on introducing international experience in the field of mediation, enhancing the qualifications of mediators, developing online mediation, and implementing joint projects.
📌 In addition, prospects for cooperation were reviewed regarding the promotion of the "Tashkent – Central Asian Mediation Hub" concept, organizing international forums and conferences, and transforming Uzbekistan into a regional mediation center.
🤝 At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen mutual cooperation and advance joint initiatives in the field of mediation.
