Today, a press conference dedicated to the results of 2025 was held at the National Press Center of Uzbekistan, organized by the Ministry of Justice. Detailed information was provided on the reforms implemented within the system, the achievements made, and the priority tasks for the future.
As emphasized at the press conference, during the reporting period, extensive work was carried out to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, to further improve public services, and to enhance legal culture. In particular, 258 regulatory legal documents were developed, and the requirement for 30 types of unnecessary documents was abolished.
In addition, the principle of "Starting a Business in 15 Minutes" was introduced, enabling 7 services to be provided simultaneously to business entities. An automatic notification system for new documents based on "Proactive Legislation" was launched, and 1,600 mandatory requirements were abolished.
To improve legal literacy among the population, more than 1 million awareness-raising events were organized, and nearly 1.8 million households were surveyed as part of the "Legal Mahalla" project. As a result, 97% of the identified problems were resolved positively, and the rights of thousands of citizens were restored.
Furthermore, more than 61 million public services were rendered in 2025, and service delivery times were significantly reduced. Digitalization efforts in the notary and education sectors were expanded, and new innovative platforms were introduced.
