This document serves to organize the legislative process on a scientific basis, strengthen the analytical approach in the preparation of draft normative legal acts, and enhance the effectiveness of parliamentary oversight.
Under the memorandum, joint scientific research aimed at improving legislation will be conducted, draft normative legal acts will be subjected to scientific and analytical expert review, and studies directed at enhancing the effectiveness of parliamentary oversight will be carried out.
Furthermore, it is envisaged to establish cooperation in jointly organizing scientific-practical conferences, roundtable discussions, and other events related to the development of legislation.
