🔹A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice with the participation of international partners. During the meeting, the ongoing large-scale reforms in our country and initiatives aimed at increasing Uzbekistan’s investment attractiveness were discussed.

🔹It was emphasized during the meeting that the rapid development of international trade and investment relations today requires effective and reliable mechanisms for dispute resolution. In this regard, it was noted that international commercial arbitration and special court institutions based on the principles of English law are widely applied in global practice.

🔹In particular, special attention is being paid in Uzbekistan to further developing the international business environment, effectively protecting investors’ rights, and implementing international legal standards. From this perspective, the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the International Financial Center” and the establishment of the Tashkent International Commercial Court, as the judicial body of the Tashkent International Financial Center, were noted as important initiatives.

✔️At the end of the meeting, the parties outlined prospects for future cooperation, including the exchange of experience, introduction of advanced international practices, and further expansion of collaboration.
