The Minister of Justice reviewed the activities of internal affairs units in Yashnobod District

✅On 7 February of the current year, Minister of Justice A. Tashkulov visited Internal Affairs Departments No. 1 and No. 3 in Yashnobod District of Tashkent city and studied the process of handling reports received via the short number “102”.
During the visit, the procedures for receiving appeals, their timely registration, prompt forwarding to responsible officials, as well as the preparation of procedural documents in accordance with legal requirements were comprehensively reviewed.
✅In addition, the conditions created for citizens in internal affairs units, the procedure for receiving applicants, and practical measures aimed at ensuring openness and transparency were discussed.
✅The Minister provided relevant recommendations and proposals to responsible staff on ensuring reliable protection of citizens’ rights and legitimate interests when working with appeals, responding promptly and efficiently to each report, and further strengthening service discipline.
