During this monitoring process, the participation of public councils in ensuring transparency, establishing dialogue with the public, supporting citizens’ proposals and initiatives, and exercising public oversight over the activities of state bodies was assessed.
Based on the monitoring results, the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice recorded the highest performance indicators, and its activities throughout 2025 were recognized as effective. The Council’s initiatives aimed at further strengthening open dialogue with the public, protecting citizens’ interests, and supporting reforms being implemented in the judicial sphere were positively evaluated.
